Compensation & Benefits

• The compensation system of Kibar Foreign Trade is based on employee competencies, the contribution of job performance to the company, the degree of job difficulty and the level of responsibility.
• Employee compensation is reviewed annually.

Kibar Foreign Trade employees are provided with the following benefits in addition to a gross salary:
