Recruitment Process

  • The recruitment process aims to match the right candidate with the suitable position, and applications from the holding and company databases and career portals, and personal applications are evaluated for available positions and candidates are invited to a screening interview.
  • After a screening interview conducted by the Human Resources Department where competency based interview techniques is utilized, candidates deemed suitable are given a general ability test, a personality inventory assessment and case studies. Shortlisted candidates then meet with the appropriate line managers.
  • Candidates who are approved by the respective line manager are presented with an offer after a reference check and compensation planning.
  • The candidate is hired upon accepting the offer and the employee is provided with an Orientation Program to facilitate the adaptation process.
